Halloumi is the only cheese in the world which you can Barbecue and will not melt or loose it's form. Halloumi has been in the Cypriot tradition since the age of Mediaval Byzantine.Following the same traditions that our ancestors left us, our Halloumi is a semi-hard, brined cheese made from milk produced in our very own family farm and some other carefully selected local producers. It is a blend of cow's, sheep's and goat's milk. In the last decade Halloumi became popular throughout the world due to the endless delicious recipes a Chef can create as it never melts. Eat it fresh in your salad, grill it next to your T-bone steak or even fry it, your imagination is the only limit.
