400 gr all-purpose flour, 200 – 230 gr lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 25 gr of dry yeast (1 sachet), 4 spoons olive oil
For the filling:
200 gr feta cheese
Dilute the yeast in the lukewarm water.
In a bowl, add the flour, them make a crater and add the diluted yeast.
Add sugar, salt and olive oil.
Knead well until you get elastic and soft dough. Add some lukewarm water if necessary.
Cover the dough for 20-30 minutes.
Take small handful portions of dough, spread with a rolling pin and add Feta cheese in. Then cover by folding it and repeat until the last piece of dough is used.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pies until they reach a golden colour.
