The most mouth-watering beef ravioli with anari cheese, ready in a few simple and easy steps.
Ingredients

1 pack 500 gr. Ravioli dough, 300 gm beef minced meet, 1/2 chopped onion, Cooking oil, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1 small glass of red wine, Salt, pepper, Pinch of sugar, Pinch of salt, 2 rose clovers, Paprika, Grounded toast, Dry crated Anari Cheese

Step by Step

Prepare the beef minced meat over fire in pot with olive oil. When it turns to golden brown remove and strain and add the ground grounded toast.

Spread the ravioli dough in order to cut the first strips in 3 cm width each. Then fold the rest of the ravioli dough again in order to keep it moist. If it gets dry then you won’t be able to use it.

Cut each strip into small squares according to the final size you want your raviolis to be. Place some of the minced beef meat you prepared in the centre of each square and wet the dough with water by using a cooking brush. Add some dry Anari cheese on top of the minced beef meat and place a second square of dough on top. Use a fork to press the edges of the dough in order to form the ravioli.

Repeat until your mixture and dough finish. When you have prepared all the raviolis, cook them in hot salted water for 10 minutes, then remove and strain them.

Place them in a platter and grate dried Anari Cheese on top.
