1 pack Baclava dough sheets, 750 gr. Unsalted Anari Cheese, 2 cups. Peanut oil, 3 spoons sugar, Rose water, 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Crush the Anari cheese with your hands, add sugar, cinnamon, rose water and mix well in a bowl. Take a Baclava dough sheet, and apply the peanut oil on it with a cooking brush. How to make the Syrup:
Place sugar with water, cinnamon, rose clover and rose water in a pot, place it over fire and let it boil. Let it boil for just 10 minutes. Your syrup is ready..
